Shipping Policy – the basics

At Little Roo Store, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. We work diligently with our logistics partners to ensure that your baby essentials are handled with care and delivered to your doorstep without delay.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that during high-demand periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates
  • Standard Domestic Shipping: starts from $10.00.
  • Express shipping: starts from $15.00
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over AU$200.
Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery is usually completed within 1-3 business days. Please understand that these are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package directly through the carrier's tracking page.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any problems with your delivery—such as damaged items or a lost parcel—please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@littlefishstore.net. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Little Roo Store is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Authority to Leave

Selecting 'Authority to Leave' (ATL) during checkout gives the carrier permission to leave the parcel in a safe place at your address without a signature. Little Roo Store is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they are marked as delivered under ATL terms.
