Refund Policy – the basics

We want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to support you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. What to include in the Refund Policy
1. Change of Mind

Because we deal with baby safety products and feeding essentials, we offer limited returns for change of mind. Items must be unopened and returned within 14 days of delivery. For more information or to see if your product is eligible, contact contact@littlefishstore.net. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Little Roo Store will resolve the issue as a priority. Please send your order information and photos of the problem to contact@littleroostore.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a full refund, replacement, or store credit, including any associated shipping fees.

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

All refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of the item’s arrival. Any claims submitted outside this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may result in the issuance of store credit rather than a direct refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel an order, contact contact@littleroostore.com immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard return process upon receiving the items.
